BEIJING under armour speedform gemini , Jan. 26 (Xinhua) -- China calls for stronger international cooperation on infrastructure construction and operation of the Arctic shipping routes, according to a white paper issued Friday.
As a result of global warming, the Arctic shipping routes are likely to become important transport routes for international trade.
China respects the legislative, enforcement and adjudicatory powers of the Arctic States in the waters subject to their jurisdiction, said the the document titled "China's Arctic Policy under armour scorpio 2 ," issued by the State Council Information Office.
The white paper stressed China's position that the management of the Arctic shipping routes should be conducted in accordance with treaties including the UNCLOS and general international law.
The freedom of navigation enjoyed by all countries in accordance with the law and their rights to use the Arctic shipping routes should be ensured, it said.
China maintains that disputes over the Arctic shipping routes should be properly settled in accordance with international law, said the white paper.
It also explained China's plan on building a "Polar Silk Road" through developing the Arctic shipping routes with all parties.
China encourages its enterprises to participate in the infrastructure construction for these routes and conduct commercial trial voyages in accordance with the law to pave the way for their commercial and regularized operation, said the document.
Attaching great importance to navigation security in the Arctic shipping routes, China has actively conducted studies on these routes and continuously strengthened hydrographic surveys with the aim to improving the navigation under armour scorpio black , security and logistical capacities in the Arctic, according to the white paper.
It also highlighted that China abides by the International Code for Ships Operating in Polar Waters (Polar Code), and supports the International Maritime Organization in playing an active role in formulating navigational rules for the Arctic.

PANGKALAN BUN (Indonesia) - Weather was the "triggering factor" in the crash of AirAsia Flight 8501 with icing likely causing engine damage, Indonesian officials said, as rough seas Sunday hampered the search for more bodies and wreckage.
The Airbus A320-200 crashed into the Java Sea on December 28 carrying 162 people from Indonesia's second city Surabaya to Singapore. Searchers are hunting for the "black box" flight data recorders to determine the cause of the crash.
An initial report on the website of Indonesia's meteorological agency BMKG suggested the weather at the time the plane went down sparked the disaster after it appeared to fly into storm clouds.
"Based on the available data received on the location of the aircraft's last contact under armour shoes on sale , the weather was the triggering factor behind the accident," said the report, which referred to infra-red satellite pictures showing peak cloud temperatures of minus 80 to minus 85 degrees Celsius at the time.
"The most probable weather phenomenon was icing which can cause engine damage due to a cooling process. This is just one of the possibilities that occurred based on the analysis of existing meteorological data," the report said.
It remained unclear why other planes on similar routes were unaffected by the weather, and other analysts said there was not yet enough information to explain the disaster.

Five major parts of the Airbus A320-200 have now been found off the island of Borneo. But rough weather last week hampered the search, a huge operation assisted by several countries including the United States and Russia.
