WINDHOEK, May 27 (Xinhua) -- Namibia has named a 26-man squad which will be trimmed down to 18 for the game against Niger on June 4 in Windhoek.

Coach Ricardo Mannetti had included four goalkeepers, Edward Maova, David Peterson, Max Mbaeva and Virgil Vries, but Mannetti said Friday that Maova is out of the camp.

""Maova fractured his toe at the training camp and will be out for two weeks. He is a promising goalkeeper and was surely going to keep the other guys on their toes,"" he said.

The Brave Warriors will take on Niger at the Sam Nujoma Stadium in their 2017 AFCON Qualifiers Group K encounter and Mannetti is already sweating over other injured players including Free State Stars striker, Hendrick Somaeb, while reliable defender Chris Katjiukua has been ruled out due to suspension.

Mannetti said Somaeb will have to be assessed by the Brave Warriors medical team on a recent injured he is nursing.

To add to the list, Mannetti said that already out of the squad are the University of Pretoria pair of Ketjijere and Mwedihanga, Amazulu's Petrus Shitembi and Peter Shalulile of Highland Park, while Thailand-based Lazarus Kaimbi and Sadney Urikhob have not been considered due to club football commitments.

Meanwhile, the 18-man squad will later be increased to 20 men for the Cosafa Cup quarterfinal match against Botswana pencilled to take place on June 18.

NAIROBI, Oct. 25 (Xinhua) -- World Kick-boxing Federation middleweight champion, Golola Moses has his eyes trained on the Thailand low-kick national title as he inches closer to finishing the establishment of a kickboxing academy back home in Uganda.

Moses, who added the African Muay Thai title to his name during the Xtra Kombat Africa fight series held in Nairobi, said Tuesday the anticipated bout scheduled for January 2017 will probably be his most difficult fight ever.

"I know it will be tough for me since the officials from Thailand have only sent me an intimidating photo of my expected opponent whose name I don't even know, and since I cannot even research on him from the internet, I will go to Thailand for intensive training in two weeks' time ahead of the fight," he told Xinhua in Nairobi.

Moses overcame a spirited challenge from Tanzania's Emmanuel Shija to win in the five-round bout that was the key highlight of the inaugural Xtra Kombat Africa fight series.

During the bout, Shija brought Moses down before the Ugandan sprung to his feet to find Shija unprepared for a double punch on target in the third round to the applause of the Ugandan and Kenyan fans that had waited all afternoon to cheer him on.

The Ugandan disclosed his plans of establishing a martial arts academy in Uganda that will be used to groom talent in the region, adding that Kenya will be a major beneficiary of the academy.

"The academy is already under construction, the coaches will be hosted in Kenya because the Thai Embassy is located in Nairobi and therefore the only gateway," Moses said.

He said the Golola Talent Academy which sits on a one acre piece of land at Kawempe along Bombo road in eastern Uganda will be the first-ever kickboxing academy in the region and will not only help in developing the sport but also enhance diplomatic ties between Kenya, Uganda and Thailand.

What dress and accessories is appropriate for my young daughter who wants to join pageants?

Girl beauty pageants may be considered a fluff event by some Authentic Michael Del Zotto Jersey , but really, girl pageants are like any competitive sport. Young children study, train and focus to win. Learning the proper ways to walk and stand Sam Gagner Jersey , minding one?s manners, and thinking quickly under pressure is also a long process that requires focus, discipline and endurance. Just like any other sport Markus Granlund Jersey , parents are expected to spend on pageant dresses, training, other costumes and coaches. As with any sport Sven Baertschi Jersey , a child learns to forego the desire to play to do what is required to win.

As with sports, your child will also learn to put her best foot forward in pageants. She will learn the confidence to face and talk to people. A young girl will learn how to dress and charm people. She will learn to handle pressure. She will learn how to deal with victory and defeat. Pageants may build character too, depending on the guidance of the adult.

Some people view girl pageants with distaste. Always this is due to any pageant factor taken to the extreme. Crazy costumes and make-up that make children look like skanky miniature adults may be a reason behind this. Guardians? extreme manner of pushing young girls to win may add to the distaste.

If your little girl is interested in joining pageants Alex Burmistrov Jersey , families may encourage her to do so, as long as goals and values are clear to the family. Young girls like to doll up in pageant dresses, be pretty and to win. That?s a given. It is up to the parents to put balance and be vigilant to the best interest of a child?s health Thomas Vanek Jersey , values and over-all character. After all, that?s what parents want for their children, right?

The key to all this is balance. Let your daughter be the best she can be Jacob Markstrom Jersey , in a manner that is most appropriate to her age and well-being. Pageants can bring out her best character, but parents should step up to provide the balance to looks and character.

Dressing for Girl Pageants

Being age-appropriate in a girl pageant does not mean your little girl has to be ugly or boring. On the contrary, young girls are bursting with natural beauty and joy. Overdoing things causes a natural beauty to be blah and icky.

Formal dresses for Girls

The styles of formal dresses for girls are classic. Whatever era Brandon Sutter Jersey , young girls always look cute and fresh in regular sleeveless with medium waist and long skirt in formal fabric. Oth.
